Targeted 18F-affibody conjugates for detection of herceptin responsive breast tumours by positron emission tomography

Synopsis

This project will look to produce a quick and non-invasive way of determining if breast cancer patients can be treated with Herceptin.

Aims & Goals

By allowing clinicians to quickly identify Herceptin will work for a particular individual means that patients will receive the most effective treatment for their breast cancer.
