Polymorphisms, endogenous hormone levels and familial breast cancer risk in premenopausal women

Synopsis

The aim of this study is to identify a group of young women whose lifetime risk is substantially higher than the general population figure of 1 in 9 so that they can benefit from screening, targeted interventions and/or advice about how they can minimise their risk of breast cancer.
