FKBPL-associated ER/Hsp90 chaperone complexes in breast cancer growth and survival
Synopsis
This project will investigate a new molecule believed to be involved in helping breast cancer cells to grow, with a view to designing new breast cancer treatments to prevent its actions.
Aims & Goals
Understanding the role of FKBPL in the stabilisation of oestrogen receptor may help in the development of new target for breast cancer treatment.
