Molecular pathogenesis of inherited breast cancer: A genome-wide screen for secondary genetic alterations required for the transformation of BRCA2-deficient cells

Synopsis

This project will improve our understanding of how breast cancer develops in people who inherit a defective BRCA2 gene, providing new and improved methods for breast cancer diagnosis and treatment.
