Tumour angiogenesis in breast cancer: correlation between FDG/PET, MRI, CT and histology

Synopsis

This project aims to discover a quick and easy method to determine if breast cancer will spread, allowing clinicians to accurately provide patients with the most appropriate treatment.

Aims & Goals

The imaging findings in this project have potential to predict survival in breast cancer patients and may also predict the response to therapeutic agents.
