Title

The role of the metastasis-suppressor tetraspanin CD82/KAI-1 in regulation of signalling in breast cancer cells.

Synopsis

Dr Berditchevski and Dr Odintsova hope to better understand of the function of the CD82/KAI-1molecule, which is found on the cell surface and is known to prevent cancer spreading. They hope their investigations may lead to the development of new treatments for the patients with breast cancer.
