The potential value of targeting the IGF signalling pathway in breast cancer
This project could provide the first evidence that drugs used to inhibit IGFs can be used to treat breast tumours that are resistant to drugs that target oestrogen action
The project will identify the molecular mechanisms by which breast cancer achieves resistance to hormone therapy.
