Shock Absorber Pink Aerobics

If you're looking for an opportunity to get kitted out in pink, improve your fitness and support Breast Cancer Campaign, then get warmed up for Shock Absorber Pink Aerobics.This year's flagship Shock Absorber Pink Aerobics event will take place in Regents Park on Sunday 28 September. The event will offer three fun-packed hours of a very pink outdoor aerobics. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know your grapevine from your box step, men and women of all ages and abilities are very welcome.
The event costs £15 to enter and all participants will receive a free T-shirt and a goody bag on the day. All participants will also be encouraged to either collect sponsorship or make a donation to Breast Cancer Campaign.
Fitness instructors are also encouraged to support the event by holding a Shock Absorber Pink Aerobics class in gyms, community halls and sports centres across the UK in September and October.
