Lovely Lee Valley Park We’re so excited to hold the first Pedal it Pink at River Lee Country Park in March. Not only is the park beautiful, but there are loads of other activities for you to enjoy. Check out their website leevalleypark.org.uk for more information. They’re pleased to have us too, as they start gearing up for the 2012 Olympics. Lee Valley Regional Park Chief Executive, Shaun Dawson, said: “Lee Valley Regional Park looks forward to hosting the South East’s first Pedal it Pink in the beautiful surroundings of the River Lee Country Park. The Park lends itself perfectly to this event with a safe and traffic-free course winding past rivers, woodlands and lakes. The Park provides excellent cycling routes throughout and has established strong links with cycling over many years, we will also own, fund and manage London 2012’s Velopark in legacy. We regularly host a number of fundraising events across the Park and are thrilled to support the Breast Cancer Campaign and help raise funds for this worthy cause.” |
