Levi Roots is supporting 2011's wear it pink campaign by encouraging the nation to cook it pink using his Coconut King Prawns recipe.
He said: “On Friday 28 October everybody will be wearing it pink to raise money for Breast Cancer Campaign. Why not invite your friends over for a pink party? I’ve got the perfect recipe for sharing – my delicious Coconut King Prawns! They make a great pink party snack and are really easy to create.” Levi Roots also supported Hallmark’s Card’s for a Cure™ Mother’s Day campaign. Posting a special message to his mum on Hallmark’s virtual Mum’s Wall, he said: “My mum means the world to me because...she is the sauce/source of all my inspirations!”
