Women needed for unique UK study looking at how they cope with a diagnosis of pre-invasive breast cancer

Campaign is calling on women throughout the UK who have been diagnosed with pre-invasive breast cancer, more commonly known as Ductal Carcinoma In Situ (DCIS) to take part in a new study which will examine their experiences.

The research aims to give health professionals a greater understanding of the personal and emotional effects of DCIS, which will enable them to offer more appropriate support and care.

The study will involve taking part in a confidential interview (either in person or over the phone). For more information about the study or details on how to take part please call Fiona Kennedy on 0117 3281890 or email Fiona2.Kennedy@uwe.ac.uk
